Lie on your stomach (prone). Pick your head/shoulders off the ground using your lower back, lower, repeat. Kind of like a cobra coiling its head.

A simple search returned this. “To perform this exercise, lie face down on the floor with your arms lying next to your torso with the palms up. Initiate the movement by squeezing the shoulder blades together and raising your upper chest a few inches off the floor. A key point: as you come up, externally rotate your arms so at the midpoint your palms are facing down. Hold and squeeze at the top, then lower under control to the starting position.”
