Told you you weren’t bigger. 325 bench max, 345 squat max, and 400 dead lift max (hit the gym youngster) And no, you have more than 12% body fat according to your back pick.

omg you fucking stalker lmao. if i have more than 12% body fat that sucks for you dude cuz my back is 100x better than yours. you must be using a broken scale and doing your lifts completely wrong also, because if youre 20 lbs heavier, 2 inches shorter and put those numbers up (aside from the weak deadlift) you should be a shitload bigger than you are because you dont even look like you lift.

I’m 18, 5’8" and 165lbs. Been lifting 3.5 months

Bench 195
Squat 235
Deadlift 275 (Note: I barely ever deadlift, and haven’t in well over a month. Probably 3-4 sessions ever)

Really looking forward to summer when I can eat food of my choosing again and not rely on shitty college food. That and pushing those numbers higher.

Here’s a tip, start trying for heavier lifts. For example, your bench is 205 at 8 reps. try 225 for 6 and see if you can do it. You may not a first but keep pushing yourself, because at 195 lbs you should at least be reping 245 10 times.

Also, deadlift doesn’t make your upper back bigger genious, that’s for dumbell rows, straight bar rows, or even cable machine rows (if your gay) Dead lift is designed mainly for your quads, glute, hamstrings, and lower back.

Finally, a little running helps, In my back flex pose, that picture was taken a year ago when I was at 170 lbs and running a 5:45 second mile. I was dieting with my meals consisting of no more than 20 grams of fat a day. Even then I could still rep 225 on bench 12 to 15 times.

I’m not trying to talk any more shit to you but just trying to help you. Lift heavy (without hurting yourself and with proper form) and eat every 2 to 3 hrs. Trust me, your lifts will improve and you’ll be amazed

Squat - 284
Deadlift - 289
Bench - 245

I’m 18, 185 lbs., less than 10% bf, not sure exactly. Lower body lifts are pretty weak because of a knee injury I couldn’t train for about a year.[/quote]

Ok, was in the gym today and realized my numbers are a little off. Here are the real ones:

Deadlift - 325
Squat - 300
Bench - 250

And I’m 5’11" at 177 lbs.

5’9’’
181lbs

Squat - 425
Bench - 245
Dead - 455
Chin - BW+100

5’8 175 12%bf

Squat- 325
Bench- 220
Dead- 365

wanna get biggger

5’8 185 12%
Bench - 270
Deadlift - 465
Squat - Not exactly sure. I can Box Squat 295, but Zercher Squat 385
Clean and Jerk - 90 kg, so 198 lbs
Snatch - 60 kg, so 132 lbs (though this one is spotty, I’ve failed at this attempt more that I hit it

17 5’10 215 15% bodyfat at the time of the lifts. Just started training so the numbers will hopefully be pretty high in 2-3 years.

Dead 435
Squat 375
Bench 285

I’ve got around 8 months under my belt lifting wise.

I haven’t maxed for a while but here are some working weights.

Squat: 315lbs.for 20 reps
Bench: 140 lbs. dumbells for 12 reps (incline)
Deadlift: 405lbs. For 15 reps

The first time around I didn’t read dumbells on your bench and was like

“…”

Maxed out last week and am quite happy with my figures…

Deadlift 508 lbs

Squat 410 lbs

Bench 275lbs

I am currently tipping the scales at bang on 12 stone…

Thats real good cooney.

You a strength guy? Or a BB? sound like the former to me, you’d otherwise want to be holding a couple more stone to be at those lifts!

Joe

Joe,

Yeh I pretty much concentrate on strength rather than worrying about size too much. I’ve trained with guys in the past who are obsessed with sets of 10 and 12 !
I usually stick with 5 x 5 or 10 x 3.

Train heavy three times a week for three weeks then usually lighten it up for a week.

Most of my lifting is based around my deadlift…

Forgot to say I’m approx 5 foot 7 and been training for two years now.

Cooney…
