I know Jim Wendler likes Bodyweight training for assistance, but I see how some people prefer advanced calisthenics for strength. How would Jim feel about the Muscle Up and pistol squat?
Pistol squats are something we did as a joke in college. As were muscle ups. And one arm snatches. Itās kind of a parlor trick but as far as programming, if it fits the specific assistance parameters of the program and how I set everything up, I donāt care.
Itās like worrying about a fallen leaf in the forest: some shit is inconsequential. Once principles drive your programming and life, everything becomes clear.
