Ok Jim, this might sound stupid, but has there ever been any thoughts as to having 531 programming for bench/deadlift specialists? There are a lot of push/pull people out there as well as bench only deadlift only. I would imagine you have worked w/ some who don’t or can’t squat.
You can say it’s stupid…I won’t be offended…lol…just curious.
I believe in building total strength - and that includes doing all the lifts, doing jumps, doing some kind of conditioning and mobility/flexibility work. If someone doesn’t believe in this, that is their business. But I have no interest in it.
