The brand for supplements ive been using i dont seem to be getting along with, every time i take them i get cramps in my stomach. Was just wondering if this is normal?
Ive been thinking about changing to a new brand and was wondering how people have got on with Biotest? Pluss which of there range would you guys recommend for building mass and can you get it in the uk??
…what supplements exactly? How to you consume them? Have you consumed things a similar way before before or are you doing something completely new, like drinking protein powder mixed into ice-cold milk on an empty stomach, though before you never drank really cold stuff, or milk at all or…?
I’m guessing you are talking about protein and if that’s the case check out Metabolic Drive or Grow! Premium Quality Whey here in the T-Store. Mass comes from lifting hard and then getting nutrients protein, carbs, fats, in adequate amounts.
Their web site doesn’t list the ingredients but I suspect that there is some sort of allergy happening here. Why don’t you try another protein and oatmeal for a while. See if it improves. Of course it could just be too much too soon. How much are you taking? Did you build up to it?
If you continue to have this problem, I would try to cut back on the amount your taking. Let your body try to get more used to the increase in protein. A common bad habbit is using more than the recommended amount.
