Its been almost 3 months since ive been in the weight room seriously. Im at a junior college for football, and honestly we lift 2 times a week to maintain. Camp was hell, and I started losing alot of weight.Came in at 265, now I am 239. Its alot of fat that went, and its fine by me, but I play D-Line and need the weight. I know in the off-season I will gain it all back and more. But with a good diet I am going to have, what supplements do you guys recommend?
I have Surge and love that but I was thinking about getting a few of those proteins as well. What do you guys think I should get to help me put on muscle and strength? Btw i am 6’4 and like stated weight 239…will need to get to about 280 285 by Next July.
If you are concerned about the fat mass you lost just buy any product that has “Gainer” on its name. Most of them have +500cals per serving. That will do the trick.
