I play running back and wanna get bigger/stronger/faster legally.
Im currently on DeFranco’s West Side For Skinny Bastards part 3.
I have Surge Workout Fuel, Surge Recovery, and Grow! Whey protein.
But what I really wanna know… Is what to eat and when to eat it. Im talking the full deal, what meals/snacks (foods) drinks, and when to eat them. What should I eat at each meal, and pre/during/post workout.

Answers, yes. A spoon-fed, personalized, detail-by-detail plan that some people pay good money for, not quite.
Read The Athlete Diet to get ideas on how to arrange your daily eating.
There are specific food suggestions, and you should be able to come up with meals based on what you have at your disposal.
With the supplements you have, I’d use Grow! throughout the day in addition to, or in between, your whole food meals. Maybe consider whipping up some portable high protein cookie-things or pancakes. Easy to do, and could be more convenient than carrying around a shake.
Around your workouts, I’d definitely look into peri-workout nutrition. Start with a serving of Surge Workout Fuel about a half hour before weight training and a serving of Surge Recovery during weight training. If you can, try to also have a serving of Surge Workout Fuel during your practices.
