You cocky? I never would have guessed.
It is a difficult survey to do, it would be hard for the average woman to describe exactly what they like. Most would try to think of someone they know (e.g an actor) with such and such build, and then say if they like it.
Women all differ.
Trends occur through generations. Different things go in and out of vogue. Women used to really like a man with “good hands” whatever THAT means, something about hands that look like they’d be nice to have on them, and apparently, in the small of their back in a nice romantic hug. That was a few generations ago.
Women tend to like a good strong butt, I believe that is generally popular, not some skinny flat butt.
Problem is I think generally they go for the “whole package” which includes style, charisma, nice eyes and a good smile etc…
I thnk the morale is, don’t try to build your body into what you think a women wants, but build it into what you want, and then, you will have the “whole package” and the self-confidence that comes from achieving what YOU want.
And leave it up to the women to drive themselves crazy trying to determine what men want, and trying to achieve it.

Flash forward to today, and I’ve learned something, hot girls or not when i’m drunk and being my cocky beligerant self girls LOVE it, they are even nervous around me, and I was laying HOT chicks. Even really hot 30 year olds (st. Paddys day) and i’m 18. So anyways, I am now like this all the time. I’m also an intelligent guy, so making witty comments about their quirks and so forth in a way were they think about it for a second, and can’t figure out whether to be offened is golden.

That’s the real secret to this debate. It’s the immense disparity between the standards of physical attractiveness held by each gender.

Amen, man. 100% right on. If you spend real social time talking with women, you’ll find they value intellect, humor, and confidence as much or more than looks or a particular physique. This is NOT about getting laid. This is about preferred body shape. Most here have digressed. You must follow your other head to keep free from heartaches,emotional scarring, gifts that keep on giving,abortions, bastards, jading women and leading a hollow existance just to mention a few. I have been married 20 years and my wife is a 10. Men and women tell me she is a ten. I am not. I was very thin. She loves me so I’m happy. I think in general the older a woman gets the more she appreciates her mans physique. Thats why I stopped dating college girls when I was 18. They’re fun to play with for a week or two but if your looking for something more then wait till they grow up.
one thing Ive noticed is that once they hear the term “chicken legs” they reframe the way they thought about the lightbulb thing.
I think strong legs are good as long as you build a wide back along with them. then again I know alot of girls who love the soccer player thing where you have massive legs/glutes and a mildly built upper body. I know because that was me for a long time(might still be).

Not sure about this. I think the further we get from Brad’s 4-5% bodyfat, we are becoming more undesireable.
