What Motivates YOU?

Hello T fellas. Today was supposed to be back day for me. My back is usually my favorite body part to train but thats besides the point. I had a really hectic morning, got stuck in traffic on the way to school and had a Calculus Exam that completely fucked my brain. My professor was 20 min late to the class but none of the students dared to leave in case he did come and hand out the test…which he did.

Moving right along…I couldn’t leave the class till 1245 and my next class was starting at 130 leaving me with only 45 min to train cause I had to run to a job interview by 245. After discussing my last HW assignment with the professor and running to the gym I literally had only 25 min to get dressed, train, and run back to class.

As i walked towards the dumbbells to start warming up with DB rows. I knew I would not be able to do rack chins, and deads in the 10 min i had left. I said fuck it and went right along and worked up to 115 for 6 reps on the DB Rows (which was a 15 pound PR for me) and ran back to class. I was fucking stoked and really glad I went. Not because I have OCD or something but because i been aching to row the 120’s for about a month and by setting that girly PR (lol) i felt really good and really understood why i love training. I love getting shit done. I love saying I am going to do something, especially if its hard, or physically challenging and getting it done. Thats what motivates me. Long story, and i know i sound like a total douche but it would be really cool to see what motivates everybody else. good day to all.

.

What motivates me:

My dad Paul A., my grandfather Frederick J., a very close family friend Henry P., Wayne D. powerlifter who was strong as an ox, Randy who I never met but read about him in PL USA and now Tom Manno!

They all were strong men mentally and physically and died of cancer, I went through 6 months of chemo and came out the other side and still winning the battle after almost 7 years. These men weren’t as fortunate!

God willing I’ll continue winning my battle and represent those above by crushing every goal I have in life and in the gym.

I second that.

I want to look like The Situation.

Knowing in 8 months i’ll be standing in front of 500 people in posing trunks. Also to look different no matter where i go or what im wearing. it helps that my gf supports everything i do aswell.

What motivates me right now is looking at my progress pics and picturing myself at the beach this Summer with single digit BF. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA BUDAY!

Being able to consistently put up weights/reps that I couldn’t a week/month/year ago, and seeing the changes it makes in the mirror.
