What is Strong for 185lbs?

Load a 300 lb stone for 3+ reps
225 farmers for 60 feet in < 10 seconds
Flip a 600 lb tire 60 feet in < 30 seconds

That would be kinda strong for a 185’er.

well I think that number is low myself, along with the rest of them. I just never stayed consistent with DL’s. Funny thing is they are my favorite exercise, sticking with them now adays. Consistency has always been an issue with me. Admiting you have a problem is the first step to recovery…and getting big.
