What have I missed? The website is totally different. All the same people seem to be kicking around though.

Its all same same but different;

lots of posts about bodyfat % without a single shoe

newbies wondering if they have the genetics to be Ronnie without actually training to find out

There are a bunch of new member coaches who help moderate things a little and they are doing a pretty good job

The Punisher got ripped to shreds and still trains like a maniac

Dont even get me started on the idiocy of the posts in the pharma section

Oh and there was the clown dick incident that no one talks about.

Seems pretty On-Brand.

The site is much more streamlined and… smaller it seems. I left partially due to life, but also the fucking ads, they were out of control. Glad to see that’s been managed.

Good for Punisher! So, jacked out of his gourd and shredded. What a goal.

I never bothered with the pharma section. Hell, the only things I take are MRE protein powder since my morning routine is trash, and pre because regardless what anyone says, it gets my ass up after a 9 hour work day.

Very curious about the clown dick thing. Any elaboration?

Some post about Lateral raises that spiraled in to a discussion about medial delts or something silly. A certain coach Paul C lost it a little and used the clown phrase to good effect. It hung around for fair while afterwards.

I wouldn’t doubt it! I ran a bootleg velocity diet for a while and while I stayed the same weight my digestive tract felt a million times better. I also have no portion control, so theres that.

Carnivore has been a boon for me there. For once: I’m not hungry.

Curious as to what you eat, how much you eat and how often you eat with the carnivore

Meat and eggs when hungry until no longer hungry. Its the most logical approach I have ever used.
