yeah im the same height as you and look about the same, are you sure youre 205?
Pretty solid. It’s a bit odd that your squat is so much higher than your dl but it will probably shoot up.
Can we see a squat vid?
Yeah I can take a vid next squat day. I’m actually about 210 as of today. Alot of people actually tell me I dont look like I weigh more than 200, I dont know why. I actually just recently started deadlifting consistently so yeah it probably will shoot up.

you dont look like you weigh more than 190, if that. especially considering your lack of back development. i really think you need to get a more accurate scale because theres no way youre 210.
his scale is just fine
he’s 6 foot tall and has legs.
Well I don’t know what to say man, I weigh 210! I’m pretty sure my scale is accurate bro.
Hit the back hard man, other than that, looking solid.
I’m sure your scale is fine.
But then again, random people on the Internet may actually be able to tell exactly what you weigh from a little picture - and even if you weigh yourself on multiple scales and continue getting 210 lbs, you may want to rethink it.
Because diagnosing gyno, weight and bodyfat percentages over the Internet is an exact science, that’s for sure.
i never said he had gyno but im the same height as him and i feel im at least his size or bigger and i dont weigh 210 pounds. i also know thats its hard to find accurate scales. the only scale i ever found to be right on the money was one at a Petsmart which was a huge scale used to weigh dogs. every other scale said i weighed like 10lbs more than that one said i did. whether it was tiptronic, dial, or digital.
im not even trying to hate or anything but i dont believe you can weigh 210 at that size.
Quite a big change in one year, good stuff
Forearms and back definitely need some improvements, otherwise good solid base. And it doesn’t really matter if your scale is accurate or not, as long as the readings on it are increasing then it means you’re gaining weight.

Hmm… this logic seems flawed. Every scale failed to measure your weight correctly saying that you weighed 10 pounds more except one that is used to weigh dogs? What does it say you weigh when you get down on all four limbs?
Most weight scales work off of a spring and the weight is determined by how much pressure is put upon that spring. I would imagine that a dog scale would have more than one spring since weight is distributed on both fore and hind limbs. Maybe you are really closer to 220 lbs?
I also think your scale is fine, two people can look very similar but one weighs noticably more then the other, it happens. Besides if he was going to lie, I think he’d lie about something else, and to be honest I would guess you weigh around 200 anyways if you hadn’t said anything. You have a very dense look to you.

heres the deal, i was so psyched before because i was weighing myself at a gym and it said i was 190 something, i was telling people i weighed 196-200.
then i checked myself at my work and it was so off, i was like ok this has to be wrong, it said i weighed 180 something. i grabbed a 50lb bag of dog food, it weighed the exact amount as printed, i weighed some other stuff too of varying weights to see if maybe there was an inaccuracy in different weights but there was none.
and i just noticed that everywhere else i went scales would be pretty inaccurate. i have nothing against this kid, i just think everyone really needs to be weary of 90% of the scales youll encounter unless its a scale used for a professional reason.
theres probaly some gyms with really accurate scales, but more often than not it just doesnt play out like that.

hes not lying, the scale is.
ahaha thanks for that dose of scales paranoia oooooohhh the scales are all wrong oooooohh ahahaha douche
who cares how much people weigh…
this is rate my physique
not the lame guess my weight game that you see at fairs
is everyone from australia retarded, or just the ones on this site?
There’s nothing wrong with his scale. Some people are just more dense, and with his legs I could easily see him carrying over 200. I know guys that weigh 200 and look like 170 and vice versa (I know their weights because I go to grappling comps with them and see what they weigh in at). If you looked at a picture of Ronnie @ 300 next to Mariusz P. @ 300, Ronnie would look MUCH bigger. Doesn’t mean anything.
