Youve got some gyno son. Your nipples arent supposed to look like that.
Your forearms are noticeably lagging in my opinion.
You also will need more pics.
This is something. This shows someone who trains “on and off” and focuses on the big lifts (squat, bench, dead) and looks better than most of the people who train year round like pussies.

The gyno looks like its from puberty, have you considered AI or letro treatment ?
Its probably not set in to the extent that drug therapy would be ineffective, considering you only 19.

My comment is the ONLY constructive comment on this whole thread, posting “great build” doesn’t help him any.
He asked for a critique I pointed out that he has budding gyno, hes needs to deal with it soon or he will need surgery. You guys need to lay off the caffeine.
It looks like you could work on your lats a bit too.
Overall you look really solid, I am just nit picking.
VERY impressive legs imo, but your back is less then impressive, I guess that’s why your squat in higher then your deadlift, nevertheless good numbers and good physique.

thanks for the positive feedback guys. and yes my back is probably my weakest part i’ve been deadlifting alot more recently to get caught up. I’m thinking about competing next summer if I can gain about 20 more lbs.
I’m an inch shorter, carry a more fat than you, look fairly similar and I only weight 194. You must have some long limbs to weigh 205. You look like you’ve made good progress, keep up the good work.
