wath do you think about my trainning… i do thi type of trainning since few year

the most of the time i do antanonist superset trainning…so i do my back whit my chest…
example:
4x
incline bench press (super-set) front lattpull down
12-15 reps 0 rest 12-15 reps
4x
flat db fly (super-set) back fly (peck-deck)
12-15 reps 0rest 12-15 reps
…etc…
for the weight i ave a perodique schedule…
1 week heavy ( 6-8 reps) antagonite ss
1 week low weight (12-15 reps)antagoniste ss
the third week i do concentrate trainning (one musle a day) and this week i dont care about reps… im serching the full pump feeling!"
your routine reminds me of an old arnold pre-contest routine i remember reading long ago.
im about your height, and also a construction worker, so i have some hope for myself now lol (although im getting back into ‘real’ training a little late in life hehe)
