
I’ve been working out for about a year but i just got a set of dumbbells with 15s and 35s so i finally split my workout and added a legs day so here are some pics and if anyone wants to offer some advice on my workout, here that is too. (in lift in my basement so no squat rack, no machines, only a couple bars, and a few dumbbells)
