Noice! Donāt know what that game is. I want to get the original Nintendo and get the classic mario games, the old lady doesnāt like to play many video games but I know she would play that with me. I play mostly racing games, forza 3 and forza 4 are 2 of my favourites. Havenāt actually played anything in a long time.
Roblox is pretty cool. Our boy loves it. Itās kind of like Minecraft, but people build actual games.

Yes , I find they are really good to get the mind muscle connection going. I usually do them on each side and then go straight into a straight arm pull down as a fun super set !

Iāve always had an easy time gaining upper body strength, wayy more so than lower body. Iām a backwards girl !! Last year my bench was stronger than my front squat lOL. Like I benched 138lbs x 5 and front squatted 135 for doubles.
But Iāll take it! Itās better than having weak upper and lower body strength, ![]()
