So ya, really good spirits today even though I was super worn out from a crazy ass week and not a lotta sleep

typically by Thursday I have a hard time sleeping because of way too many conversations running through my head all day with all the people I talk to and stuff.
And yesterday a Deaf couple came in that I got to sign with so that makes me uber happy and wound up .
The magic that lights my brain I suppose…

I just have to reflect back and think to exactly a year ago, roughly when this log started, that I was literally in the worst place emotionally in my entire life.
If you had told 2015 April Jenn that 2016 April Jenn would be in the best place emotionally in her entire life she woulda called you a liar, and been pretty pissed off at you to boot.
Aside from picking on myself about some of my workouts, I feel happy all day long. Like not just marginally content, really happy and positive about everything from 3:30am to 7:30pm.

THOUGH what is interesting to me is that I can’t feel it at all whatsoever ?!?!

It may not be a bad idea to work with low bar for a bit to see where it takes you. Your body will adjust and you quite possibly could see a reduction in folding over (which wasn’t extreme anyway). Generally you can move more with a lower bar, so that’s also worth bearing in mind.

I am thinking maybe I will do both. Like one day low bar will be the priority with paused high bar as assistance, and the other squat day it will be reversed …

I had a quick look at your squat days and you might really benefit from replacing some of your direct leg work with lunges, split squats, GHR and black extensions; and also possibly squatting more often.
