Your squat depth looks good, and I wouldn’t say you’re folding in half, but your butt is coming up first, and then you’re driving with your shoulders to catch up, more on some reps than on others. The cue that worked for me with that problem was to focus on driving the bar up with my shoulders as soon as I reach depth and start coming up. I’m no coach, and YMMV, but that’s what fixed it for me.

Do ya’ll (every single person on the internet , LOL) think I should reduce my planned lbs by about 10-15lbs or so, maybe like 5 on bench, and work back up to correct the imperfections???

On to shoes… The best workout shoes I’ve found, that I use to squat, deadlift and overhead press, are mesh top water shoes. Flat soles and super light, like 8-12 bucks a pair at Wal-mart or K-mart or wherever you want to buy your cheap shoes, in the same area as flip-flops.

Chucks or wrestling shoes. I prefer Chucks because I find it easier to push out against the sides.

That’s looking good, and depth would be acceptable in any fed. Chucks/flats all the way. I’d hazard a guess that 220 lbs is on the horizon.

I would suggest you consider adding as assistance if you haven’t already:

  • pause squats
  • GHR if you have access to one, otherwise back raises
  • good mornings

All those will help you fight the load pulling you forward as you go past parallel on heavier squats.

You may also find box squats from an inch or so below parallel helpful - they will especially help you get a feel for moving the weight by driving your knees out which I’ve found massively useful.
