ACTAULLY really pleased with form today for a change. Getting more used to my new squatting shoes and squatting in the rack without any mirrors or windows in front of it. A WALL IS ALL I SEE.

I was very anxious for today’s workout. I don’t know if it was fatigue or because that guy I hate was working out near me again or what.
For my warm up sets I sat back instead of in between like I have been and I didn’t like my form so I switched back for my working sets and it made me lose my marbles :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I just have to keep reminding myself of how far I’ve come in such a short period of time.
Last time I did sets of 8 on my squat day I made it up to 155 in a belt and it was hard as hell
Today I didn’t wear a belt and did two sets at 160 that felt like hell.
THAT IS PROGRESS
I don’t know if i’ll ever been satisfied with my squat, like, gahhhhhh.
If I was doing sets of 8 @185 and my form was imperfect would I still be upset with myself? IS THERE A strength level that will make me stop getting such bad OCD on my SQ DAYS???
