THe past two workouts have given me really bad anxiety/OCD

I really don’t know what’s wrong with my mind lately, every night I go to bed so excited to lift the next day and then I get no sleep and I lift and I’m always getting stronger, doubling reps, adding weight, adding sets, etc… and I can’t shake the idea out of my head that my form is horrendous and that I have no clue what I’m doing. So then I spend half the day miserable until it passes and go to bed and do it all over again the next day :confused:

K so I had an appt. with my internal shrink while I was not sleeping last night and I kinda thought a bit about where all my freaking out is coming from.

Hello again, from a fellow H. thruster fan. Doing some great work in here all around. the vids are great; you should add some ā€˜speaking parts’ to them.

Ed Coan videos with the Super Training guys are great; really helped with my mod-sumo. Check’em out with you haven’t yet. He talks about sinking the hips down first, then setting your grip. Also, staying tight at the bottom on most sets; not ā€˜drop and re-set’ all the time, but controlled and tight throughout. Works great it does.

Well done miss 81. You should be proud of the work your doing.
