Hello again, from a fellow H. thruster fan. Doing some great work in here all around. the vids are great; you should add some āspeaking partsā to them.
Ed Coan videos with the Super Training guys are great; really helped with my mod-sumo. Checkāem out with you havenāt yet. He talks about sinking the hips down first, then setting your grip. Also, staying tight at the bottom on most sets; not ādrop and re-setā all the time, but controlled and tight throughout. Works great it does.
Well done miss 81. You should be proud of the work your doing.
