Sometimes I feel like this just never ends
I get scared about numbers that I know I’m capable of, but worry me regardless. I accomplish them, feel a brief moment of relief, and before I know it another workout is right there waiting to worry me.

It just goes on and on…
I don’t feel excited about it anymore. It’s good that I’m calm most of the time, but I’m so not passionate like I used to be. I used to be so excited to go to the gym, now I’m like uhg … 1.5 hrs until this is over.

I dont feel injured . I sleep great , my form feels good …
Just lately I’m there because I have to be because what the fuck else would I be doing. I literally just go so my OCD let’s be at peace . Oh well, I guess I was lucky to be excited for as long as I was. Majority of people never really WANT to go.

I think it’s just me, I must be depressed. I dont think I’m really getting joy from much these days , so the gym may have just been the last thing to start zapping the life out of me .
I’m sure when this passes I’ll be excited to go again, I’ve just made so much progress , it would be nice if I could be excited about it
. I mostly just feel overwhelmed and tried

Not to get too sappy , but I’m noticing more and more my son doesn’t want to do anything with me or if he does he rolls his eyes a lot, teenager like. I just thought it would always be good times , but I leave open my days off to hang and he goes out with friends.

Normal, natural, but it saddens me a great deal.

Took my son to the golf tournament Saturday, didn’t realize his friends were hanging out. He didn’t really want to go, but didn’t want to disappoint me. We had a good time, stopped at Taco Bell on the way home - his friends came by and he was mortified.

Guess that’s just being a parent of a 12 year old. My daughter, is fifteen, she definitely doesn’t want to be seen with me in public.

Oh my God yes! I can’t imagine how that feels, I know its going to be my reality soon enough. I know he gets embarrassed by me already and he know longer likes my jokes !

I honestly never thought this would happen to us, we’ve always been besties .

I am the exact same. I’m not depressed or generally sad, either! I just have a long list of things to do… walking on a treadmill for 30 minutes seems like a waste of time when I have 4 more hours of work to do that night.
