I feel my womanhood is destroying me with uncomfortable amounts of hormones right now so I kinda felt out of it and super tired .
Honestly, I’ve been sleeping for 9hrs a night for almost two weeks now.
I dunno if it’s just because I’m work from home now and I’m finally able to shut my brain off or if I’m a little down in the mouth. Maybe it’s both.
Also, never taking 3 rest days off again , lol. That was too long and some reps I felt like I forgot to squat

I feel guilty about it, but deep down I dont think it’s a bad thing really .
Uhg my kid is going on a band trip soon. Right after a daddy weekend too.
I’ll have like a week all by myself which I dont want.
Also , we’re watching House and I’m not allowed to watch it without him which is going to be extremely difficult.
