Pffftt you narrow bro
I never said I couldnāt train I train or at least try to train every day I try to lift as much weight as I can but my muscles donāt get bigger they donāt puff up like they used to when I was healthy and I didnāt have an illness. It seems like itās so hard for you guys to even understand what Iām going through you guys have no idea based on what feedback youāre giving me. Iām not playing the guessing game Iām 99.9 percent sure that this is what I have.
Trust me when I was healthy I didnāt need any steroids that is the last thing I wanted to do I was getting big fast by eating good and trust me I do know how to diet I was eating enough protein carbs and everything I was getting big when I was healthy but now that I am sick with this illness I just canāt seem to put on muscle no matter what I do. And yes Iāve already tried to get diagnosis Iāve seen multiple specialist and with a invisible illness like chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia it is extremely hard to get a diagnosis in the first place.
I know steroids arenāt Acure or arenāt the best thing to do but I am left without anything and working out was what I love to do the most and it kills me that I canāt put on muscle like I used to this is why I came to this forum steroids is the last thing I want to do but if it can help me build muscle Iām willing to take a risk. Unless there is something else out there that will help me that I havenāt tried but Iāve tried and creatine many vitamins and nothing helps.
It seems like youāre doing everything you can to take the easy way out. Itās not that we donāt understand, itās that we understand that YOU donāt understand how to train properly.
If youāre at all in the know-how concerning basic training principles you would know not to do that. Thereās much more to training than training everyday or trying to go all out every session.
You were getting big fast, because you were eating too much. No. You donāt know how to diet because if you did you probably wouldnāt be feeling like shit as you do now.
Money is not an issue for you. Iām willing to bet on that statement. My husband and I both work part time, and are both in college. Believe me, it is possible to still make great gains on even the most strict of budgets.
The cool thing about steroids is that, theyāre proportional to the work you put in, on a relative level. If you decide to take them, with the current mindset youāre in, and with the obvious lack of a basic training foundation, you will still feel and probably look sub-par, and you will then blame your lack of progress on the steroids.
Perhaps listening to the majority of what all of us are saying. Following a good tried and true training program that emphasizes training principles that help you progress according to your individual goals. Addressing the structure of your diet, or lacktherof.
The list goes on honestly. Vitamins and creatine donāt fix lack of basic training knowledge.
I will say it since Iām probably not the only one thinking it. Since you claim to have some illness to the point you arenāt healthy enough to see any results. I might be more concern at the moment about something else.
You seem to be trying very hard to prove you canāt be successful. I wonder what would happen if you put that energy into being successful?
Revisiting this thread⦠How was his fucking neck tattoo never mentioned? Everyone knows that neck tattoos equate to failing at absolutely everything. Especially when thatās the ONLY tattoo you have.
It occurred to me, but I decided not to touch that because he might throw up pics of a matching tramp stamp.
I canāt tell what it is but now I want to know. At first I thought it was weed leaf (classy), then a crown (also classy), but I think those are both wrong.
I was all over that, bro!
ahhhhh well done sir, I missed that!
