Results So Far. Low Dose Anadrol

So I got bashed and bashed for my low dose cycle I had planned to start but look at my results so far… No sides so far, no ai, no estrogen blockers. I havent worked out for 6 months and when i decided my first cycle 12 days ago started slowly hitting the weights again. And im a union carpenter so heavy lifting all day at work. I waa feeling the drol and swoll on day 2. Im on day 12 and ive gained 18 pounds so far on my cycle. Who says 500 mg test e is protocol? Or 50-100 mg of anadrol is protocol… Or how long a dude should lift before he cycles… At what cost to his joints… Steroids help u recover, heal faster, they will actually help you out so dont get hurt if you know your body right.

Anadrol 1 20 mg tab / test e 250 mg/Eq 200 mg
Week 2-4:
drol 2 20 mg daily/Test E 250 mg/ Eq 200 mg/
Week 4-16
test e 250 mg/ eq 200 mg

Are these supposed to be before and after pictures? I’m not sure if its just the angle but there doesnt seem to be any difference, aside from some bicep veins.

My exact thoughts.

I hate to be that guy but this is water weight, and glycogen retention. No one puts on muscle that fast its just not possible. Think about how muscle is built. You might have added a couple lbs of muscle (2) but that’s it. Any noticeable size difference is water and glycogen bro.

But anyways stay motivated keep lifting and doing your thing I’m not trying to bring you down or tell you your doing things wrong just trying to help you understand how these steroids work.

Why on Earth, are people like this taking steroids. I will just never understand it.

I mean, not to be a dick OP, but you look like most my PT clients that have never stepped foot in a gym.

I just don’t get it.

Ok, so I have lost 8 pounds. Im eating every 3 hours srinking 250 grams of protein. Clean. I donated blood 2 days ago. Not sure why i almost lost 8 pounds in the last 2 days

What kind of carpentry, rough or finished?

Because as @zeek1414 said, all you’ve gained is glycogen and water, which can fluctuate hourly.

He’s a Union carpenter there’s a number of things they do. Concrete pours, building forms, building bridges, parking garages, ect ect

I’m a union pipeliner but I’ve got many many friends within the other trades and they all happen to be juice heads lol I happen to be a legendary laborer that will work circles on anybody 12-16 hours a day 7 days a week for monthes on end and still bench 315lbs lol

You should definitely run test as a base bro at least 100mg considering 20-30mg is in ester weight

When is leg day? Every day is arm day, am I rite Bro.

I cant wait until my results. Hey nuckle heads im 13 days in now. My buddy competes. I got friends who do mma you guys got the protocol all wrong. I train arms 3 days a week legs once, calf raises, front shoulder raises,side shoulder raises. Incline bench press with dumbells. I do all dumbell work and im yesterday i spent 8 hours driving 3 foot long stakes 2 1/2 feet through gravel. Dude my job is the most phisical job u could have. I workout my whole body. I cant wait until my results. When i make gains you never even dreamed pssosible dont worry I will still let u guys suck me off

Nah, the dude is just somewhat immature. His response to legitimate criticism was inappropriate. If I were to do something that would attract criticism (say if I was to use Tren or something… not doing this, so don’t worry) I simply wouldn’t bring it up on here or at all as I’d know my decision would attract negative commentary.

While the harm minimisation aspect of bringing up said cycles can be argued (as others can chime in advice), there’s a certain point where I think it’s best to keep it to oneself, for instance

Look, due to chronic pain I’ve been fucked for a while, as in unable to train adequately for nine weeks (and I’ve recently fucked my shoulder, appears to be impingement, can’t raise above head without significant discomfort and whatnot.) I’ve already lost a looooot of muscle mass and definition… Of course I’m going to run a cycle to gain everything back, despite not being a competitor/athlete, being relatively unfit at the time (though I’m starting to employ a lot of cardiovascular exercise in to replace weight training (good to keep a nice base of aerobic fitness).

Is it a good idea? Fuck no… why am I bringing it up then? To make a demonstration, if I know this isn’t a good idea and that said idea would be open to criticism… Why would I bring it up in the first place?

Also the lifestyle I live outside of work occasionally requires me to get physical with people. I need to closer to 190 200

Hey buddy ive worked out for years never been able to go longer than 6 months training then my shoulder too starts fucking with me. I fucking bought this cycle and worked out for 5 months was gonna pin in 1 day then fucked my shoukder up. Again doing 25 pound dubell presses warming up lol. Then the other the other shoulder after waiting 6 weeks for my left shoulder to get pain free my 5th workout my godamn right shoulder started fucking with me. . For awhile my shoulder was popping painfully. Rested 8 weeks until painfull popping went away I also was experiencing upper trap pain in the shoulder that was popping. did shoulder face pulls when shoulder got better, still clicks now sometimes but not painfull. Im doing extra shoulder work specically for fixing issues , Such a mucle imbalance I suspect I have created in my shoulder. Im really focusing on the face pulls on cycle. Worked as of up until this point. No pain. And i warm up my shoulders good before I lift. Yup, first my left shoulder injury , then my right, and as soon as i got better… Fuck u, Pin!!! Fuck that u got less of a chance of injury when ur on cycle lifting. As long as you know how lift weights correctly and now your body . aas speeds up revovery has anti inflamotory wonders that literally make you recover as soon as you wake up. Aint no fucking way I could ever recover like I have been after my workouts without steroids. I know my body really well though as im 42 years old. I was stuck in solatary confinement for 3 1/2 years the whole time studying fittniss and compounds and imo the benifits of training on cycle far out training naturally. . I feel great no aches no pain and if i have a pain or ache. Fuck its gone as soon as I wake up. I dont max out and I keep my reps in the 8 to 16 range paramiding . naturally I can go from looking like shit to shreded in 75 days with 16 1/2 inch arms with 29 inch waist as I was just there {Naturally) last year and hurt myself. Aint no fucking way I could ever recover so well naturally I would be crippled in bed right now.
