What Are Your Training Goals?

If you’re doing any training at all, there are indubitably certain things you want to improve.

What do you hope to improve with your training?? More specifically, type up three short term goals and six long term goals you have. Quatitative or qualitative will suffice.

Ask yourself if you’re taking steps to get where you want to be.

I figured this would be a good opportunity to evaluate what I’m doing, and I’m sure there are people here who’d benefit from doing the same…

What are you doing?

Short term goals-beat the shit out of my logbook every chance I get and keep doing my cardio

6 long term goals? I only have 1, be the biggest freak I can be.

mobility and strength
a balanced body

so far ive put on some mass trying to achieve the above :smiley:

by the time march hits ill be dieting to finalize my beach body

get back to my 4.5sec 40 speed, bench 225x15 times. Vjump of 36 inches. Shuttle run of 4.30 seconds. Weigh 210lbs.
