What are Your Best & Worst Bodybuilding Poses & Why?

Reasons are understandable, but as I wrote before, the appearance of such actions is bodybuilder cattiness.

Could just be difference in how sports are evaluated. I will call out a dude who is supposed to be strong when they are demonstrated to be weak, and if a guy reports to be a strength coach and has produced no strong athletes, I feel fine pointing that out. It could simply be more “obvious”

Because, in truth, I find that to be more “in good form” than subterfuge.

Eh, plenty of people making little inside jokes to each other on here all the time… besides, what should we do instead, openly express lack of respect for individuals who write for this site which we enjoy? Post pics of their lack of success stories that openly betray the stories they spin? Now that certainly wouldn’t be “good form” :wink:

As it is, we chuckle a bit, don’t do any real harm to anyone’s ego, and life goes on.

That has been my approach, yeah. I never hesitate to say Rippetoe is silly, operates out of his wheelhouse and has no accomplished athletes under his belt. And I have posted critiques of articles I took issue with.

I have my inside jokes now as a result of that (Rippetoe always looking at the floor, deadlifts being dead, etc), but I found it to be in better form to come out and express my sentiments on the matter. People disagreed with them, and that is fine too.

Thanks, marcb84. Back ended up being my favorite bodypart to train. I love the amount of variation, angles etc. Also a well developed back is a telltale sign is a serious lifter.

Rear lat spread, for whatever reason my back has always been overtly developed, I think it’s genetic… arms suck though

It’s one of those body parts I don’t like training too often, otherwise it seriously overshadows all other muscle groups

You want pics of me? I’ll see if I can find any, current phone is broken (have said stated this numerous times prior), supposed to be getting a replacement (insured)… it’s a long story

I had a google phone, but when given to me the phone was defective (microphone), so I’ve applied for a replacement, to which has been approved, but it’s taking FOREVER to actually get here… In the meantime I’m using an old iPhone six, but I dropped it in November and totally fucked up the camera lens

I have a few pics of me from a front angle, does that count? One can probably see via my shape that my back overtakes everything else… I’ve probably posted them on here before… but that’s all I’ve got, if you wish to see them I’ll post it up
