I was wondering if any one here has done westside on monday(DE bench) tuesday(ME sq) thursday (ME bench) and friday(DE SQ)? I was thinking about doing this because, my PT schedual has changed to include a lot of sprints on friday (used to do them on thurs), and that messes with my Box squats on saturday(my current DE SQ day). Any suggestions ?

If you have to do them two days on, one day off, two days on, two days off, I think this is the way to go. I had to do it this way for a while but did M-ME SQ, Tu-ME BP, W-off, Th-DE SQ, F-DE BP, Sa/Su-off. This was my first 8 weeks on the program and I made good gains, but I think your approach is better by separating the ME days. I switched to M/W/F/Su since I built my gym and have more availability to train, and feel a lot better with the ME days separated. When it comes down to it, you have to do the best you can with the time you have to get in the gym.
