Weird Headaches--Boldione??

Somebody help me out here. For the past week every time I train I get a bad headache. So bad that I have to stop training and it persists for a few hours after I stop. Today I went to the gym and was warming up with 135lbs. on the bench and my head started splitting. I mean this is easy weight for me and requires very little exertion but even that little amount started the headaches. I don’t know what is going on here but I am starting to get pissed/a little worried. I’ve been checking my blood pressure and it stays consistently around 130/80 so thats not it. The only supplement I am taking is Molecular Nutritions Boldione at 600mgs. a day. I’ve been getting good results from it and don’t want to stop but it looks like I might have to if these damn headaches don’t stop! Right now as it stands I can’t train at all. Anybody? Spongebob, Free-Ex, Mr. Roberts? Thanks for your help.

Get to a doctor. However possibly you should check your diet as many foods can cause migraines. Maybe a meal your generally having before your workouts is causing the trouble? Do you get headaches when you lift something heavy etc. outside your workouts? Foods that can cause migraines are: cheedar cheeses, red wines and caffine… Hope this helps. :slight_smile:

It’s likely the Boldione but I think you probably already know that.
