Iām as fluffy as Iāve ever been and donāt wanna be this bodyweight for extended periods of time but I think itās that all my mass muscle and fat gets greater away from the pivot joint of my ankle joint. Even my calves alone make it tough enough. So to lever up all that weight Iād need to get my feet/the pivot point close to me which my flexibility/mass prohibits in any other way.
Well, doing it without crossing feet is just kinda tough, becuase for most of us the center of gravity is waaaay behind the feet when doing it. I have to rock forward a little just to move the center before I can do it.
In any case, it is probably more about the basic leg and hip strength, so I am pretty sure all methods are acceptable.
I suspect I can do all of them. Double bodyweight deadlift might be interesting, because I havenāt deadlifted in a while. Iām reasonably confident in the hang and plank but they arenāt moves I do regularly, but Iāll try them both later to be sure. Iām not in any way confident on the long jump. Iāll try that later as well but my instinct is thatās the only one I canāt do, and possibly canāt get close to.

Donāt you regularly do broad jumps? He doesnāt say it even has to be a strict one.
I donāt regularly jump, no. Probably a few in the last week but itās not been a big part of my training for a while. I used to do box jumps occasionally, but I think I rely more on hip mobility for that
I have no idea about the long jump. Would need to try it.
Apart from that I literally only fail one of the two things connected to my sport.

Canāt bench my bodyweight, pretty sure that is hopeless at this point. If we count trap bar deads I have the others covered, so at least I have that going for me.

Yeah I can do them all but the sitting up. How are you supposed to do this? The hell? I stayed on the ground for 5 mins figuring out how to do it. Are my legs too long? Bad flexibility?
Try crossing your ankles if you havenāt. Otherwise a bit of a rolling motion from your butt to your feet.
For the record, I didnāt MAKE you do the plankā¦you coulda just said YES and moved on =)
But that said, now you need to do it in the pushup position for extra points.
