Can still feel my shitty deadlifts in my upper back and in my hammies, just enough to remind me that I need to keep these on the agenda ever now and then.
Did some moderate push pressing today, kinda thinking of these next few sessions as a bit of a deload. Body needs a brief respite. 75 kilo still feels heavy as shit on this bar, damn. The lack of flex makes it feel like I am push pressing a boulder.

Didnāt take it quite as easy as planned, because I was kinda feeling good. But still not too stressful, because I only did 10 sets total. Felt pretty good with the top set, because it tells me I havenāt lost too much actual strength in my chest over the last 3 months. The last three sets werenāt originally planned to be a 353, but I just sorta did them anyway.
