Still with the ass DOMS. Active day off anyway, just pushed Bob around a bit and called him names.
Weather has been complete dog farts here the last few days, but tomorrow might be sorta okay. Right in time for a titties session down on the playground? Maybe.
Tasty chicken legs for dinner tonight, oven baked. It’s possible I make the world’s tastiest chicken legs.
Buttocks aches mostly gone, but can still feel it in the deepest tissues of my ass. Man, Bulgarians are really something.
Weather turned out to be good enough to go to the playground and do dips on the parallel bars. Took two 10kg plates with me this time, gotta up the ante now and again. The biggest pain is just transporting the sumbitches.

I guess that was around 100 reps with added weight, and a few handfuls minus the weight. Not too shabby. I have a feeling my pecs are a little better conditioned now, so that this isn’t going to hurt like a bastard tomorrow.
As predicted, the shoulder and pec DOMS from all the dips is fairly okay. I wouldn’t want to have to do any upper body work, though. Today was gonna be a leg day if anything, but I think I want one more day for my butt to recover, so I will do it tomorrow.
So as a result, I am just sitting out in the sun drinking a beer.
Leg day, as promised. Had to bump the weight up again from last time doing 353, so from 61 to 65. Ugh. I have more appreciation every time I do this for @dagill2 going after those 50 reps sets. So wearying. The worst part is when I get done with the last one that I have to muster the energy to push the bar back up over by head again so that I can put it back on the floor. Love/Hate relationship with this rep scheme.

Bob and I then took our shirts off and ravaged each other. Or truth be told, I was so leg weary that I just sorta wobbled around and stuck out a jab every few seconds.
More than I thought I would. They can be tough to get through, but overall I think it is a nice change of pace, and is probably have an overall positive effect on me.
What’s the last number? I’m probably being pretty dumb, but I can’t figure it out?
And yeah, high rep squats suck but I just get used to them. At least I only do them with baby weights, imagine how much they must crush your soul if you’re actually big and strong.
My weight is kinda all over the place. Weighed in at 78.3 this morning. Have cut out a lot of snacking, and pretty sure my overall intake is down. And yet BW is up. Not sure WTF that is about. Fun times, right before the end of the T-ransformation.
Back around to shoulders again, and continuing to mix it up with different weights and rep schemes. It feels unaccountably heavy, am starting to believe it has something to do with the total lack of flex of this little bar. Oh well.
