Just a Bob day today. Now down roughly 13 kilos total, so just about done with that. Probably getting to a point soon where it will do more harm than good. The last few days my body told me ā€œeat some damn vegetables, idiotā€ so I have literally eaten nothing but broccoli, cauliflower and carrots the last 3 days. Easy to stay full like that, but weight just flies off the body.

Day Another Day

Pulling and Legs. Upped the weight a smidge and forced myself to do 7 reps on the Bulgarians, in hopes of making daddy @simo74 just a little proud of me for once. Also had to stop pull-up sets upon remembering @T3hPwnisher and @dagill2 have learned it was technically impossible to do more than 50 in a single day, so what are you gonna do. Added a bunch of isometric holds at different angles instead.

A nice sentiment, my legs don’t really even grown much in a surplus. But whatever, gains are gains are gains.

I don’t know how you guys continue to visit the training threads. I burned out a long time ago. I just can’t muster the energy to write the same advice for the millionth time only to be ignored or confronted by the OP.

Day Infinity

Active off day yesterday. Was gonna do nothing, but then Bob got all mouthy. Would have went for a run instead, if only the gale force winds would go fuck off already. Maybe tomorrow.

Today was boobs. My morning weight the last couple days is right at about 75 kilo, so I feel pretty good about the reps at 77. But damn, it costs me plenty to do all these reps with so many fewer calories in my system.

Getting right around 13.5 kilo lost in total (30 pounds-ish). A lot of this weight loss is in my legs, which is not surprising considering the addition of running and the subtraction of almost all lower body work. Upper body still looks fairly muscle-y. Kinda mentally preparing myself for a bit of a rebound period, but I kind of wish I knew when the damn gym was going to open. Might just have a few more weeks of shedding the love handles.

How tall are you? That BW must be pretty light, no?

5 foot 8, roughly. 75 kilo (which is my fat scale, the other one says 72) is the lightest I have been in well over a decade. The way it sits on my frame is a bit different, because I have always had relatively small arms and legs, but a very thick torso. That seems more true now than ever, due to the way I have been training the 6 months. I don’t think I look skinny, as such.

Day Lost Count

Saturday was just a run day, and it sucked. Partly because of 6 days off from running, partly due to running in a mild tornado. Gods, but I hate the weather here. Sunday was biceps and Bob…good work, but not worth logging.

Today is shoulder day. I have to really remind myself that I don’t care about the numbers, because these numbers are horrific. But that said, it felt like good work. Also experimenting with going quite a bit wider than I normally would, and see how that transfers over once I get back to a gym.

My work sent me a piece of paper to print out and carry with me in anticipation of nightly curfews so I have proof that I am ā€œessentialā€ in case I get stopped by the police.

Things could be worse, right? Haha man things are getting wild. You guys seem to do better up north.
