Went for a about a 20 minute run. Pace was probably no better than 9.15 per mile, but that was deliberate. I ALMOST enjoy it at this pace and distance, and the weather was nice as well. This might be my go-to run for the time being.

Boobs today. Bodyweight still dropping, but had a little more vinegar in me today than usual, so bumped the 550 set up to 34 per hand and then a 350 at 26. Ouch. Doable, but the last 7 sets were grueling and a bit painful.

Did a bunch of BW Bulgarians. Leaned out over them to increase the difficulty a bit. Alternated a bunch of curls. Easy day, just keeping the legs warm.

Curious if there’s a reason you haven’t done more single leg work since being stuck with a limited amount of weight. Or maybe you have and I missed it. ![]()
It’s pretty simple, I just basically stopped all leg work while I was getting into running shape. It took weeks for my legs to get used to the constant pounding on the concrete. Now I have adapted, so I am just working the leg work slowly back in.
On the bright side, my legs do not notice the difference either way. Even when I squat heavy and for tons of reps, my legs never get impressively big. So I might re-think how to go about things when the gyms open up again.
Now you have abs, are you going to have to engage your mental horsepower thinking of a new log title?
