Didn’t count anything today, because I did not see the purpose. Was a bunch of easy pullup sets focusing on some mind-muscle connection and going slow. Lots of curls. Finished off with 60 reps at 15kilo, and can attest that it still hurt plenty, but I notice it was more in the grip itself, as the lactic buildup in the biceps did begin to even out as a certain someone mentioned.
Added a bunch of easy crunches, and some standing ab wheel rollouts. Man those suck when I haven’t done them for a while.
Finished off with a few easy rounds with Bob. Felt arm weary, so stopped a bit early.
Off day yesterday. Leg day today, just a bunch of Bulgarians, yay.

A PR by virtue of never having attempted it at that weight. The DB starts to get awkward at this weight, can probably go over to BB now that I have the balance figured out again.
I fear he’s actually going to do it, proclaim anyone can, which will trigger me to try it again. My cervical spine has been sprained twice so far in the past… (which wasn’t @Cyrrex fault)
Two days off in a row…Saturday intentionally, Sunday because I ran out of time. Shoulder Day today. With all the talk of HSPUs, I just did that today. Although with two arms, I’m afraid. Supplemented with a bunch of rear delt db flyes and raises.
