Ive noticed that a lot of my join issues , and form problems come from my shoes being warped from squatting, deadlifting, side lunging, etc etc, i naturally put a lot of weight on the outside of my feet when i walk, so the shoes warp outwards, and make it difficult to keep a strong base, and use proper technique.
I was wondering if the community had any recommendations on shoes that still give better support than wrestling shoes, but are pretty sturdy ,and assist in keeping my feet firmly planted and weight distrubuted along the floor.
