Just thought i would throw this to you and the Coach. I have collected a large pile of rocks and i mean large, and basically i see how many times i can move the pile about 20metres from the starting spot, to the finishing spot and back again and so forth i can tell you this is a great form of cv.
Also walking, bear hugging a sand bag for 15-20 mins is a killer, and doing farmers walks with them is also good
