I was soooo hungry I got out of bed and ate northern bean soup with bacon and drank another glass of wine. So much for this dang diet… total calories 1934
I have to let yesterday go…
Today, I ate 2 eggs, a slice of Ezekiel bread toasted and 1/2 oz of cream cheese spread on top. Lunch consisted of one brat and a huge side of broccoli with 1/8 oz of shredded smoked cheddar on top. I also ate the remainder of the bacon and bean soup.
For supper, I ate 3 oz of chicken tenderloins with a side salad of lettuce, one egg and blue cheese dressing.
I drank the last of the wine in the house, which was about 6 oz and I ate a piece of Ghirardelli chocolate. Total calories 1643.
I walked about 2.5 mi on the treadmill and took the day off of working out to recover from this week’s workouts.
My goal for tomorrow is to keep my calories low and to lift weights.
I was surprised to find out that I wasn’t starving by cutting my calories today.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 slice toasted Ezekiel bread with butter
Lunch: salad with blue cheese and 1 boiled egg & 2 oz chicken tender
Workout: Jamie Eason’s Livefit Trainer Day 43/Arm day
Snack after workout: 1 scoop UMP cookies & Cream
Supper: 5 meatballs and a large side of broccoli
Snack: 1 ghirardhelli chicolate, a shot of kerrygold Irish cream and 1 scoop UMP cookies & cream
Total calories: 1443
Yesterday … I ate the same breakfast as the day before. Lunch, I ate 5 meatballs, farro, and a salad with an egg. Supper, I ate 4.5 oz of boneless skinless chicken thighs and a side of homemade slaw. Mm mm! Total calories 1,538. It was leg day on Jamie Eason’s Livefit Trainer day 44. Total pounds lifted 17,563.
Today, I’m going to do some hill sprints. It’s chest day.
The rest of April 9th…
Same breakfast as before (keeping it simple). 2 eggs and toast with butter. Lunch and Supper, egg salad open faced on Dave’s Killer Bread Good Seed Minis. Total calories 1,251.

As for April 10th…
Same exact breakfast. Lunch, was egg salad on bread. Supper, slow cooker venison in a cranberry port wine sauce with a side of rice and cottage cheese. As a snack, I am drinking a double scoop of UMP cookies and cream. Total calories 1,334.
My workout today consisted of Jamie Eason’s Livefit Trainer Day 46 Shoulders.

How did you calculate your calorie intake?
I’m only 5’3" and should weigh about 115. I’m trying to lose a lot of weight. 1200-1400 is the absolute minimum anyone should eat, so that’s my goal for off days and for the extra calories on training days, I’m eating 1600. The extra calories are protein shake calories around my workout or for a snack at night.
I’m quite surprise that I’m not starving by keeping my calories between 1200-1600 calories. I’m in the gym every day and walking everyday. I hope to see the scale dropping soon. My goal after finishing Jamie Eason’s Livefit trainer will be to do Christian T.'s Hard body trainer for women.
It’s been just a few days since my last log entry. I’m keeping with my calorie goals. Total calories for today 1,691. It was a heavy leg day plus some HIIT that my husband threw at me. I’m hoping to add more HIIT before and after my training to kickstart this fat burn into high gear. I’m sick of being fat.
I’m the matron of honor at my brother’s wedding in September and I NEED to look good when I’m up there in front of a bunch of people in a little dress. I’m still not seeing the scale change much, but when I look in the mirror I see changes. My husband keeps pushing me to lift more and heavier. So…that’s my goal. Today, was Jamie Eason’s Livefit Trainer Day 51 Legs. Tomorrow is Chest day. I plan on adding some HIIT to it. Plus, I’m attempting to do a pull-up everyday multiple times a day. There’s a slight bend in my arms! Almost there!
Jamie Eason’s Livefit Trainer Day 52 Chest day complete . I added tabata thrusters to “warm-up”. Calories 1781. A bit over… Tomorrow I will add sumo squats tabata before doing Jamie Eason’s Livefit Trainer Day 53 Shoulders. Can’t wait…
I see no change in the scale and it’s very depressing. My husband suggests I stop looking at the scale for now and keep up with my scheduled workouts and calorie intake. He also suggests I add in more HIIT and lift heavier. So…this is what I will do. Calories today 1717. Workout Jamie Eason’s Live fit Trainer Day 53 shoulders. I added sumo deadlifts to the beginning of my workout. Total pounds lifted 8,745 within 45 mins. My husband also suggests that if I have the energy somewhere throughout my day, I do a HIIT workout like a man maker or something of the sort. IF I do I will.
Total calories 1827. Burpee tabata 8 rounds and Jamie Eason’s Livefit Trainer Day 54 Legs. I really, really did not want to workout today, but I did.
