Weight Training, Diet and Fat Burning

Yesterday, I ate 4 scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese shredded on top for breakfast, two cereal bars while on a four hour hike, then shoved my face with homemade pizza for dinner.

Today, I ate 2 scrambled eggs with a tbsp of canned milk and shredded cheddar cheese on top, two slices bacon, for breakfast. I weighed myself on an old scale and it said I was 166.5 lbs. I’m not sure if it’s right though. So…I will wait until I can step on a better scale in a couple weeks.

Last night I ate half a can corned beef, a cup of jasmine rice, and two fried eggs. I snacked on popcorn. Half a bag. Today so far I’ve ate nothing. And it’s 1:30p but I’ve also laid around all day. I’m so hungry.

three days ago, i started the day with a doughnut and the whole day went downhill.

yesterday, i did well, i think, didn’t eat until 5:45p and only had 1 hamburger and a handful of fries and a large side of steamed veggies.

today, so far (it’s 2:15p), I’ve only eaten 3 eggs with 1 Tbsp milk.

for dinner, i am hoping to eat slowly (like i did with the eggs) and have spaghetti and meatballs with 2 garlic biscuits…hopefully that’s all i eat.

i don’t remember yesterday

Today, for breakfast I ate 3 eggs scrambled with shredded cheddar on top and three slices of bacon.

For dinner, I ate 1 can green beans, 1 cup jasmine rice, and 1 (cup) shredded slow cooked pork…yum yum

that’s right. no lunch because i slept through it.

yesterday was mother’s day: i ate nothing for breakfast, 7oz salmon for lunch with 1 cup steamed veggies

So I hear the weight has been melting off…

I don’t look anything like my picture on here anymore. but i’m not going to take after pictures until AFTER i make goal.

It’s crazy to think that when I started logging here on TNation, I weighed 191 (May 2010) My goal is 135 by May 2012. I believe I can do it. I keep thinking to myself that I only have 10 more to go. Because then I’ll only really have 10 more to go. I may or may not use the VDiet plan to cut the last ten. But until then, I’m in the gym everyday working out like crazy. Crazier than anyone else I see around me at least. I don’t get to see my husband in there working out because we switch watching our little one while the other goes to the gym.

the white bikini is what helps me keep going…i can’t wait to get professional pics done when I get back to the States.

So…I’m down to 151 today. I am going to work super hard to get down into the 140somethings before my HotRoxs get here in two weeks. Then hopefully they will help me get to 130-135 and get rid of my stupid and ugly lipomas. It’s been more than 12 years (high school) since I’ve weighed 135. I can’t wait…almost there!

Holy cow those girls on the I3G workout like crazies! I wish I could be that fit. I tried just clean and press today (for the first time) and am EXHAUSTED! I am aaallllmmmoooosssst to my goal weight of 135 so for the next two weeks I’ll be training like the pros to get there. I’m so exhausted though. I wish I could eat better, but being in this 3rd world sucks!

OK! So, I bottomed out on my diet and now my husband has advised me that he ordered HOT-ROX for me and to eat more for about a week to bring my BMR up higher, so we’ll see if we can kick this fat loss back into gear!

The HOT-ROX haven’t made it to this stinking island yet…

But on a brighter note, I made a couple new PRs today! I benched 100lbs x1 for the first time ever! And trap bar dead lifted 140lbs x1 for 2 sets. I’m pretty proud of myself. Measurements and weigh ins are coming up on Friday…

So my husband ordered me some HOT-ROX! They finally made it here! So here’s my plan: I’m pretty tolerant to stimulants so starting tomorrow and for the next 3 weeks, I will be taking HOT-ROX as directed. 2 pills twice a day. First dose will be at 7a.m. And the next will be at 1p. Everyday for the next 3 weeks, I will be doing a whole hour (not including rest time) of cardio. 20 minutes of treadmill, 20 minutes of elliptical, and 20 minutes of recumbent bike. And then Monday Wednesday and Friday I’ll be weight training. I’m not a beginner but I’m definitely not a pro. My PR on Bench is 105 x 1. I’ve been trying to make my booty and shoulders more round. I will be taking measurements and posting pics tonight or tomorrow. See you then.

I’ve been shrinking on my diet and exercise without HOT-ROX but since I’m also trying to lose fatweight and get stronger by using it, I am starting my measurement log now. (1st day on HOT-ROX)
