looking pretty good
ur lean… good delts
got leg shots though?
id say ur weak point is ur lat width
Excellent progress! Your abs are really starting to pop. Keep up the good work.
Nice progress, keep it up
yea, ur lats are lagging
Good Luck
Are you flexing your abs in the after but not in the before pics? It’s kind of strange that there’s a huge increase in your ab definition without much change in definition elsewhere. You look good, though. I’ll give a pretty high rating.
Good improvement brother… Definitely are developing a solid physique. Chest and abs are gonna look killer. Agree with everyone else on the lats however… they are tough to get wide.
Why did you not wait until week 15 though? Kinda interesting to post pics 4 weeks before your program is over.
clearly getting closer to that quest for the six pack. looking good man. next time you’re getting goals, you should set one for mass. you’ve got the motivation and discipline to reach your goals, so you need to milk that quality as much as you can.
Thanks for the rating guys… I have four weeks left in the program; I just needed a sanity check in “mid-flight” I will post a final picture on week 15 before my 40th birthday. I will definitely incorporate mass building (lean) in the next program I am creating for my self. I will start this new program February 1, 2008. I will post the program for your review when it is ready.
I have a secret though and I am ashamed of it. I don’t do leg exercises. I know shame on me. My new program will definitely involve leg exercises. If I am correct from all the readings I’ve done in T-Nation, this is a new stimulus or challenge or whatever you want to call it on my body and will trigger secretions of all kinds of good juices that will help me attain more lean muscle mass overall not just in my legs.
I know I am digressing from the original intent of his post. Please forgive me. On my new program, I do not plan on bulking up per say but rather controlled calorie increase with an acceptable lean mass to fat mass gain ratio. May be 1:.25 (1 lb lean mass to 1/4 pound of fat per month). I am still putting this entire plan in writing and getting it ready for execution by February 1, 2008.
I wonder what I could have accomplished as far as bodybuilding if I had this discipline and planning skills when I was let?s say 22 years old. But then again I did not have the career that I have now that allowed me to buy the supplements (Biotest products mainly of course). I guess what they say is true: There are just things that come along from maturity.
Can I ask what the program is that you have been doing for the past 11 weeks?
I have been asked by the Moderatos not to post my own personal website address on the board but they have been nice enough to keep my original post with the address on it. I think they will be OK if I give you this address:
