Hey, guys, does anyone know off the top of their head a good website that I can utilize to keep up with the nutrients in whole foods? Fats, carbs, proteins and such. I’m trying to keep a food dairy and would like to keep up with my nutrition a little more closely.

I think the most popular is fitday.com( free)oyu can also check out calorieking.com. both also have a software version but I think you have to pay for it.
my personal favorite is the crosstrainer software(www.crosstrainer.ca),which also has an exercise log (strength and cardio).its worth the money.
