I’m starting a food log, and I figured something out. I don’t know how much of what is in some of the food I eat.
I used to visit a website regularly that told me all that stuff but I accidentally deleted it. I was able to look something up and it would say x calories, x protein, x carbs ect…
Anybody know some good sites I can use for that?

download this perhaps instead of using internets? =]
