Nutritional Value Site?

Hey guys I’ve been trying to count/chart my calories and have been playing around with different websites to find out nutritional values of different foods (Calories, Carbs, Protein, Fats, etc) but I was wondering if any of you have a favorite website? Or just other ways to find out the values of different foods…

I appreciate any feedback, Thank you in advance

nutritiondata.com

Hey Thanks a lot!
I’ll definitely give that one a try!

fitday.com you can track your daily intake for any food item

www.fitday.com
USDA has one but I’m too lazy to find it.

If you hop on a torrent site you can download the entire fitday program to your computer.

Pretty convenient stuff.

I usually just Google [food] + “nutritional information.” It’s a pain in the ass having to wade through the 300 variations of processed food they apparently store in fitday to figure out how many carbs are in a banana.

Thanks again for all of the replies… I gave them all a try and they all seem pretty similar on the surface, i’ll just have to pick one and stick with it… Thanks again and You all have a good Halloween!
