When I bench I get stuck half way up when doing for a higher max. Whats my weak point thats holding me back ?

Typically, your tris take over around that area. Try lifting in a power rack with the pins at or about your sticking point. Try this for a while to develop that area. Work your tris for powe(5-6reps) on opposite day during the week. You’ll move past this sticking area-no problem.
Work heavy 4 boards and do extra triceps work.
