Something along the lines of MAG-10 and Power Drive. 4 scoops of Power Drive/day?

where did you hear the 10 MAG-10 and 4 Power Drive info? also Chris said it uses 3 existing supplements.

My guess is the 3rd is Superfood. C. Thib said they were utilizing 10 scoops of MAG-10 plus four scoops of Power Drive as a fast throughout the day. It was in the LiveSpill

I’m currently on a program I can’t stop. However, my vote goes to ^^^

I almost hurled seeing how much fluid the subjects have to put down. It’d be impossible for me to drink that much fluid and give my 100% all. Sucks, but I’m working on it.

That info has not been released. But for the record, it’s only about 68 ounces per day, about the same amount as drinking two bottles of Smart Water.

And BTW, I don’t mean to be super-secretive, just want to get the protocols perfected before releasing too much info. We don’t want anyone trying a variation that turns out to be less than optimal. Let us test-drive it first so you’ll get the most bang for the buck.

CT mentioned ONE OCCASION when he had Kevin do this. There is no indication that it had ANYTHING to do with this project. Why does everyone think this is the think Shugs is testing all of a sudden?

That’s about 2 litres - I go through at least 3 on a non training day (probably close to 4, haven’t bothered actually checking), plus another 2 litres while training. At 2 litres for the entire day I would be thirsty all the time.

^^I have a sneaking suspicion as to what these “pulses” do… I’m excited to hear more about it when the program is released :slight_smile:


UPDATE: Sent our testers a new protocol yesterday. Really pushing it to the limit now.

On the new strategy today myself. Killer full-body workout just now: weights plus Blast Strap supersets. Thibaudeau and Tim Patterson’s new supplemental tweak to the plan is POTENT, no doubt.

If it’s exactly the same flavouring as the one that comes with SWF I’m not surprised. I’ve added it to plain water a couple of times. Which is probably why I’ll run out of it tomorrow…
