Extreme Fast/Pulse for Fat Loss

I have created my own pulsing 1 day plan. It will include one scoop of MAG-10 and a Flameout every 1.25 hours. this will mean i will have a total of 10 pulses through the day. I also will take fiber supplement in between pulses. what do you guys think?

My regular diet consists of low to no carb throughout the day and the anaconda pro 2 for workouts.

total calories for the day will be 710. with 100 grams of protien and about 19 grams of fat.

its going very well. nothing to extreme to report. about half way through the 10 pulses.

I’m sure you’ll lose tons of fat, brah.

So about your diet being about 20$ a day excluding workouts and fiber supplements…

But yeah, all I can say is to not stay on this for too long. Seems fine for fat loss in theory (and you are doing the trial right now), but this is in no way healthy by anybodies definition.

its just a one day trial.

What’s the point?

I’d like to know that too. For a 'trial" to work, you have to do it for a long period of time.

Just trying to break through a sticking point in my weight loss.

And how is one day going to accomplish that?

Why don’t you try downing an entire pizza, and hit up cold stone and grab a huge ice cream bowl on the way home. That’ll help the sticking point.

sounds like someone is too impatient to wait for Shugart’s new “pulse” thing to come out and wants to try to do it on their own… sounds dumb to me.

I did something vaguely similar to this yesterday as an experiment and was pleasantly surprised by the outcome.

Nice glad to hear that. you mind sharing what you did?

Can’t really say anything more until we’re done experimenting, but I will say it’s about much more than simply losing fat on any one particular day.

It’s also very easy to screw this up if you don’t understand the overall picture.

Could someone draw us a picture please! I’m not sure if Ethan was being sarcastic or not, but I’m gonna have to go with what he said. especially if you have been dieting without any refeeds or carb loads.

Ok, my results after 24 hours were loss of 1.2 lbs. nothing to amazing. back on normal diet today, going to see what the two day results are tomorrow am.

I definitely wouldn’t follow this type of program for more than 36 hours.

I was sort of being sarcastic, but honestly speaking that’s exactly what I do when my weight loss stalls.

Overfeeds seem to work well when properly timed with the protocol I’ve been using.
