Well, all thing considered I think 40$ USD, which comes to about 50$ for us Canucks, is not too bad a price for a 12 weeks transformation package by Thib.
Of course I’m biaised, but I reviewed it and found it really in-depth and well made. If you know anything about CT from his article on T-Nation, it’s his attention to details. That in itself should make you confidant about investing money on this product, plus you can always get feedback from the man himself thanks to T-Nation. Not a bad at all IMO
Good point Zen, of course we can all vouch for the stickler that is Thibs.
However, like jdad, I wouldn’t mind a little more information on this ebook. I get that it’s focus is more about muscle-building, but short of that there’s not too much more offered.
And with it being only 66 pages, I don’t like the idea of a pictures of exercises section. There’s a tendency with workout books to take up 20 or so pages with pictures of curls and the like.
Would it be possible for a little more information, perhaps from the T-man himself, without giving too much away?
Burst it has NOTHING to do with muscle building, you have the book ALL wrong, where does it say 20 page showing you how to do excercises ???
Its a:
12 week Gym program
12 Week Diet Program
12 Week Cardio Program
And an advised Supplementation routine for the 12 weeks.
And no this isn’t the replacement for Mondays with Thibs, he is working on a Hypertrophy routine available to all of T-Nation which will replace Mondays with Thibs, this is his Fat Loss one… that better ?

Is this what Thib’s has been working on as a substitute for “Mondays with Thibs”?
No.
The project is something I’m doing exclusively for T-Nation and is similar to that document, except that it will be gear toward maximum muscle growth.
This ebook is a fat loss program.
The T-Nation program will be a 12 weeks training/nutrition/supplement regimen to maximise muscle growth and will be designed around mechanical drop sets.

It’s pricey but I’m seriously tempted to buy a copy…
??? It’s a 12 weeks plan including diet, supplement and program. Normally most coaches ask for anywhere from 150 to 400$ per month for distance coaching (which is basically a routine and diet).
I bought this on Monday and have knocked out the first couple days of lifting/cardio. The leg day absolutley kicked my ass and the rest of the 12 weeks looks equally brutal. No doubt though if you stick to it and follow the diet and supplementation it should produce serious results.

Beautiful, I appreciate the comment. I don’t mind being taken down a peg or two either, haha.

Thanks for the info Thibs. It certainly clarified things for me, so hopefully it helped out other folks as well.

Nice… I’m lean enough as it is… but ya… an Ebook or a 12 week ‘get huuuugge’ program would be great… I’d TOTALLY buy that… :D
He is doing one free of charge to take the place of Mondays with THibs for a while.
