Love Waterbury TBT as i really enjoy the picking of different exercises every 2 weeks so I have full control and conform to a good workout structure. To vary things I have tried ABBH/II and WM method.
I will be going back to more Waterbury TBT but wondered if there were any variations out there. I can go to the gym 3 times a week so TBT was ideal but I cannot find much out there as an alternative or similar routine to TBT to vary it a bit. I dont want to think about a structure myself, would rather just be given one.
Wonder if anyone has got a proper TBT workout for 3days/week where I get to choose the exercises ? or even a variation of the Waterbury TBT.
