Hi all,
I’m relatively new to this site but not new to weight training. I’ve been reading this forum for about three weeks and it’s safe to say this is the most incredible source of information I have ever come across! I definitely love this site.
So onto my question.
My goal is to put on about 10 pounds of muscle and then move on to burning excess fat.
Here is my plan:
The Waterbury Method 4 weeks
The Art of Waterbury 4 Weeks
Followed up by either:
LActic Acid Training for Fat Loss by Poliquin
or
10 x 3 for Fat Loss by Waterbury
And to finish it off I’ll then move into Sugart’s Velocity Diet.
Firstly, what do you guys think of my 4 month plan?
Secondly, I was hoping for feedback on those who have tried either Poliquin’s Lactic Acid training or Waterbury’s 10 x 3 for fat loss plan?
Right now based on what I’ve learend I’m leaning towards the Lactic Acid Training but any personal insight would be much appreciated.
