I can only go to the gym 3 days a week, sat/mon/wed and have loved doing TBT and now just finished Waterbury Method. I would love to try ABBH I/II but I keep seeing this as a 2 day spread workout. Ie. 4 workouts in 8 days, so for me day 16 would cover only 7 workouts.
Can I do ABBH using my Sat/Mon/Wed days continuously ? I have searched many groups but cannot find anyone stating this.
I also have/had the same question being in the same situation. I agree with the other two posters, just do it. Thats what I’m going to do, granted it might not be exactly as perscribed, but the majority of CW’s programs are in fact 3x a week. So I don’t see it being a major problem, you’ll still be doing 3 total body training sessions in 7 days, which is of course, a good thing.
