I am about to start this program and I need to find out a few things. Its only possible for me to work out on MWF and ABBH I requires I work out every other day without a two day break. So is it possible to workout MWF with this routine without effecting the routine? Kind of like this:
Day 1- M
Day 3- W
Day 5- F
Day 7- M
Day 9- W
and so on? And how do I perform only 3 reps on situps?
