ABBH I

I am about to start this program and I need to find out a few things. Its only possible for me to work out on MWF and ABBH I requires I work out every other day without a two day break. So is it possible to workout MWF with this routine without effecting the routine? Kind of like this:

Day 1- M
Day 3- W
Day 5- F
Day 7- M
Day 9- W

and so on? And how do I perform only 3 reps on situps?

I’ve seen that question asked elsewhere and I remember the answer. So, even though I’m not CW, the answer is yes, you can take weekends off.

The plan just lasts a little longer if you do it that way. Because it fit my schedule that is how I did it.

Add weight for the sit-ups - a dumbbell or a plate on your chest or behind you head, etc.
